Warren Landscapes aim is for its customers to be satisfied with their purchases, if for any reason you are not satisfied or there is a problem with your order please follow the instructions set out below.

 

Faulty or damaged goods

 

If you receive goods that are in a damaged or faulty condition then please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items. We will offer a refund or replacement of faulty goods. You can contact us by any of the following:

When contacting us please provide details of the goods at fault, and reference no from invoice or delivery note, if contacting in writing or by email it would be helpful if you could attach a photo of the offending goods

 

Warren Landscapes will aim to respond to all enquiries within 4 working days.

 

Incorrect Goods

 

If you receive goods other than those you originally ordered please contact us immediately to arrange dispatch of the correct goods.

Returns

 

We accept returns of unwanted items within 14 days of receipt, you will be required to pay for return postage unless you have contacted us and we have agreed to pay return postage, you must have received a confirmation email from us agreeing to return postage cost, a copy of which must be enclosed with the item, we will only pay the refund once we have received the goods back in good condition, unused.

Order Cancellation

 

In line with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after receipt of goods, you will be responsible for arranging safe return of the goods. You should notify us of your decision in writing by:
